As a prospective tenant, we can help you through the process of finding and applying for the
home of your dreams.
Once you are a resident, we have a suite of tools to make your rental experience the best it can be.
- Good payment history
- 2 Years Positive Rental History
- Verifiable Income
- Employment Verification or Tax Returns
- Minimum credit score 625
- All persons 18 or older must complete their own application.
Most of our properties do not allow pets, for those that do; there is $20 per month pet rent (per pet) an additional $300 deposit.
Any type of smoking is not allowed in the home or garage and the growth of marijuana is strictly prohibited in or on the premises.

Tenants are people too! Many landlords view tenants as the evil step child. At MileStone Real Estate Services we will treat you honestly and fairly. For our current residents we have a complete set of tools and procedures to make your stay with us more comfortable and rewarding. Use your tenant portal to submit any maintenance request and pay your rent. We love to hear from our residents.
